1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods for your convenience, including:
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
All transactions are securely processed and encrypted to ensure your payment information remains safe.
2. Can I change my billing or shipping information after placing an order?
If you need to update your billing or shipping details, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@oldmoneylegacy.com
We can modify your order information as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your package is in transit, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
3. Can I send my order to a different address as a gift?
Yes! You can enter a different shipping address during checkout if you’d like to send your order as a gift.
We do not include pricing details on packing slips, so your recipient will receive the package without any price information.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours.

5. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note that order processing does not take place on weekends or holidays.
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
6. What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

7. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking link first.

8. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship to the United States only.
We plan to expand international shipping in the near future — stay tuned for updates!
9. What is your return or refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
